Capacity Building:

  • Design and conduct targeted training sessions and workshops for staff, partners, and community representatives on effective implementation of the graduation approach.
  • Develop resources and tools to support the ongoing learning and development of team members and partners.

Monitoring and Learning:

  • Contribute to establishing robust monitoring systems to track program progress, beneficiary impact, and the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Regularly review and analyze program data to inform strategic adjustments and improvements.

Donor Compliance and Reporting:

  • Coordinate closely with the MEL team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of program activities and outcomes to BHA and other stakeholders.
