Windle Trust International (WTI) is a non-governmental organisation with a strong history of delivering high-quality education programmes in conflict-affected regions. Our newest initiative in Somaliland focuses on elevating English language proficiency, particularly among adult learners, as well as within teacher education institutions. This programme is designed to address the critical shortage of skilled English language teachers, contributing to broader educational outcomes and socio-economic development in the region.
Project Overview
WTI is implementing multiple English Language Teaching programmes in Somaliland, focusing on improving the English language proficiency of adult learners, including teachers. The goal is to enhance educational outcomes across primary and secondary schools, as well as institutions of higher education. We are now recruiting four English Language Teachers who will be assigned based on project needs.

· 1050USD per month Full Time Earnings, pro-rated at 0.6 for part time roles (630 USD per month part time)

· A short video of yourself in English, no more than 90 seconds long, in which you introduce yourself and your reasons for wanting to teach with Windle Trust International
· A minimum of 2 referees
