Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Accountants to join our finance team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of professional accounting experience and a strong grasp of all accounting principles. As an Accountant at Alla-aamin Pharmaceutical Company, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting standards.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports.
Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare detailed accounting reports for the management team.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.

Experiences and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
