INVITATION TO TENDER: PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT
BBC Media Action is the BBC’s international development charity. We believe in the power of media and communication to help reduce poverty and support people in understanding their rights. Our aim is to inform, connect and empower people around the world.
BBC Media Action will procure equipment for partner radio stations under the following three projects: (a) Building an Independent, Sustainable Media Sector and Strengthening Resilience to Disinformation in Somalia Project funded by European Commission. (b) Lifesaving Communications for Anticipatory Action and Response to El Niño in Somalia Project funded by ICRC. (c) BHA Global APS for Humanitarian Capacity and System Strengthening Project funded by USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance.
TIMELINES
The successful bidder is expected to deliver the above list of equipment to BBC Media Action’s office in Hargeisa within a period of 7 days effective from the day the order is issued.
Interested suppliers/vendors should submit their quotations in United States Dollars ($). They should also submit their company profile, physical office address and contact details, delivery period and copy of your registration letter with the relevant authorities to the following address: info@so.bbcmediaaction.org with the subject title indicating projects equipment or deliver all requirements in a sealed envelope to our office at Mohamed EID building behind Imperial Hotel.
