NOTICE OF VEHICLE PURCHASE AND SALE

Subject: Bid for Purchasing of 2 New Vehicles and Selling 2 Used Vehicles
The University of Hargeisa hereby invites bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the purchase and selling of the following used vehicles. The University of Hargeisa is seeking to purchase two new Toyota Prado vehicles, and invites eligible and qualified vehicle suppliers to submit their bids for these purchases. The detailed specifications for the vehicles are provided below. The University of Hargeisa also notifies all eligible suppliers and interested parties that a public purchase and sale of university-owned vehicles has been scheduled. The vehicles are in good operational condition, but the University Management has decided to replace them with new vehicles, in accordance with the University’s asset management policy, to prevent further devaluation.

Details of the Vehicle Sale:
Interested suppliers are invited to inspect the University-owned vehicles and submit sealed bids in accordance with the provided instructions. After completing their inspection, bidders must submit their documents directly to the University of Hargeisa Procurement Office during official working hours.
Meanwhile, qualified new vehicle dealers are requested to submit their Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the Procurement Office for the planned purchase of new vehicles.
Please note that all sales will be conducted strictly on an "as-is, where-is" basis. The University of Hargeisa reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
