Background**
Somaliland Youth Development and Voluntary Organization (SOYDAVO) is a national, non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization implementing humanitarian and development interventions across Somaliland. With funding from the **SHF,** SOYDAVO is implementing the project **Provision of Emergency Food Security and Livelihood Support for Drought-Affected Pastoral Households in Hargeisa District.** As part of the emergency livelihood response, SOYDAVO intends to provide **livestock feed support** to drought-affected pastoral households to protect livestock assets, prevent further livelihood erosion, and enhance household resilience. SOYDAVO therefore invites **qualified and eligible suppliers** to submit sealed bids for the **supply and delivery of concentrated animal feed.** #### **2\. Scope of Supply** ### **Animal Feed Description**
**Note:** * Each sack must contain **40 KG** * Feed must be suitable for cattle, sheep, goats, and camels * Feed must meet acceptable quality and safety standards * Feed must meet SPHERE nutrient specifications, containing balanced maize, sorghum, sunflower cake, wheat bran, minerals, and vitamins essential for maintaining animal body condition during feed scarcity. #### **3\.
Terms and Conditions**
1. Prices must be quoted in **USD only**
2. Award will be based on **best value for money**, compliance with technical specifications, and delivery timelines
3. Bids must be written in **English language only**
4. All bids must be sent to **info@soydavo.org** or **hand-delivered in sealed envelopes in the submission address** clearly marked with: * Tender Reference Number * Supplier Name
5. Late submissions will be **automatically rejected**
6. SOYDAVO reserves the right to request **sample** from winner bidder
7. SOYDAVO reserves the right to **accept or reject any or all bids** without obligation to provide justification
